Every word you need, written out for you
Each module tells you what to say, what to do and what to watch for, with timings for groups of 4 to 40.
The kit is licensed to your organisation with no expiry date. Run it as often as you like with your own people. It stays inside your organisation and isn't shared with others.

Before you buy
Is GST included?
For Australian buyers, prices are ex GST, with GST added at checkout. US prices are in US dollars with no GST.
Who can run the sessions?
Anyone in your organisation. The guide scripts every step, and the bundles include an onboarding call with Susan before your first session.
What does the licence cover?
Your own employees, contractors and volunteers, as often as you like, with no expiry date. The kit, the guide and the cards stay inside your organisation and aren't shared with other organisations.
When will we get everything?
Everything is a pre-order. Decks are being printed now and ship as soon as they arrive. We'll confirm your delivery date when you order. The Facilitator Kit ships in February 2027, founding buyers first.
Is there an online version?
Yes. Culture Shift Foundations is an online course for your whole team, from $990 a year for up to 10 people. It opens in 2027, and pre-orders start their 12 months on opening day.
